Partners in Design Day Spa is pleased to announce that we have added Lehmann’s Bakery to our Spa Dining Menu. The following items can be ordered two days prior to your Spa experience.
Signature Sandwiches....................$10 each
All sandwiches come with a fruit cup, chips and a fresh baked cookie.
- Southwestern Beefeater: Roast beef, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, onion, topped with chipotle mayo.
- AllAmerican Club: Turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, topped with mayo.
- Reuben: Corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut, with Thousand Island on marble bread.
- Charlie’s Choice: Smaoked turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, lettuce, roasted red pepper sauce on siebenfelder bread.
- Kat’s Favorite: Tuna, cheddar and tomato served on English Muffin bread.
- Lehmann’s Best: Baked ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on sourdough bread.

- Cheese: Cheddar, American, Swiss, Provolone, Meunster, Pepper Jck, Mozzarella.
- Salads: Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, Tarragon Chicken Salad, Ham Salad
- Dressings: Mayonnaise, Chipoltle Mayo, Pesto Mayo, Honey Mustard, Miracle Whip, Thousand Island.
- Toppings: Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Peppers.

- Caesar Salad: Romaine Lettuce, grilled chicken breast, croutons, shredded parmesan cheese.
- Garden Salad: Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs and peppers.
- Chef Salad: Mixed greens with julienne strips of cheddar, swiss, ham and turkey topped with eggs and tomatoes.
- Mandarin Orange Salad: Spinach, mandarin oranges with toasted almonds and feta cheese.
- Fruit Plate: Fresh slices of cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, strawberries and blueberries. Fruit Plate $6 each.
