FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to bring to the spa?
You will be provided with a robe and facial gown, spa sandals, and locker key. For pedicure services, we ask that you bring sandals to ensure proper drying time. Locker room amenities include shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Are there co-ed areas?
Our relaxation area, sauna and steam room are all co-ed. We kindly ask that you remain robed or in spa garment while utilizing these areas.
Do I disrobe entirely for my treatment?
For your own comfort, you should remove your street clothes and wear the spa garments provided. Our staff members are highly-trained professionals and will drape towels or sheets appropriately over areas not being worked on. In some cases, disposable undergarments will be provided.
What is the tipping policy?
In appreciation for wonderful service, gratuities may be given at your discretion, either to your technician or left safely with the receptionist at checkout.
What is proper spa etiquette?
To ensure that you receive full benefit of your spa experience, we suggest the following:
- Arrive early by 15-30 minutes to ensure enough time to change and fill out any consultation forms. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client won't be left waiting.
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations on the day of treatment or not showing up for a treatment will result in full payment for the service scheduled. Few exceptions will be made. All appointments will be held with a credit card number.
- Please have children remain at home when you come in for spa treatments. We love seeing your children; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them. The spa's environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, and all of our clients deserve the right to privacy and quiet. Therefore, please silence cell phones and pagers. Smoking is prohibited in our building.
